Lead Agreement

This Lead Agreement ("Agreement") is between Get Sellers LLC ("Get Sellers), a Texas Limited Liability Company, and the undersigned party (“Lead Buyer”). Get Sellers and the Lead Buyer are from time to time referred to herein as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."

WHEREAS, Get Sellers and Lead Buyer desire to create a relationship whereby each "Lead" and collectively, the "Leads" may be transferred to a Lead Buyer through email delivery, short message service (SMS) delivery, or integration through the Lead Buyer’s customer relationship management (“CRM”) system (the transfer process is hereinafter called the "Lead Generation"). For purposes of this Agreement, "Lead Generation" also includes the acquisition of Leads by Lead Buyer pursuant to any or all of Get Sellers' advertising and marketing activities.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual consideration, promises, representations, and covenants set forth herein, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:


LEAD REFUND PROCESS
Get Sellers works hard to provide motivated home seller leads for our lead buyers. We typically process refunds within 1-7 business days depending on the request. The reason for up to 7 days is because we may follow up with sellers to verify the proposed information.

As a Lead Buyer from Get Sellers, you have 7 calendar days from the time you receive a lead to request a refund. To request a refund, login to the Lead Buyer portal and find the lead ID you would like refunded, then click Request Refund.

For any refunds please include as much detail as possible so our team can work quickly to verify the refund. When a refund is approved, the refund will be credited back to your account balance. You can view your available balance by logging into your account and viewing it in the header section. You may not request a refund for your account wallet balance, but you may request a refund on an individual lead basis as detailed here in the Lead Refund Process.

Lead Refunds Can Be Granted For The Following Reasons:

1. Outside Area

The lead is outside your subscribed counties. Please provide a link to a website (Zillow/County Assessor/etc.) that displays the property or any further proof in your refund request.

2. Fake Lead/Spam

The lead is beyond a reasonable doubt a fake/spam lead. Please provide proof showing the lead is spam (like John Doe) within your refund request.

3. Vacant Land/Commercial Leads

There is no physical structure on the property or the property is used for solely non-residential purposes. Please provide a link to a website (Zillow/County Assessor/etc.) that displays the property or any further proof in your refund request.

4. Mobile Home In Park/On Rented Land

The lead is a trailer or mobile home that is not being sold with the land beneath it. Please provide a link to a website (Zillow/County Assessor/etc.) that displays the property or any further proof in your refund request.

5. Active MLS Listing - For Sale

If the property is actively listed "For Sale" on the MLS when the lead is delivered and has a listing agreement, the lead will be refunded. Please provide a link to a website (Zillow/County Assessor/etc.) that displays the property listing or any further information in your refund request.

If the property is not listed on the MLS and the property owner is an agent/realtor, that is a valid lead that will not be refunded. Further if a property is actively listed "For Rent" on the MLS, that will not be refunded.

6. Wholesaler Leads

Wholesalers are contract owners looking for a buyer of the property. Please provide any available information or communications to assist in the refund process.

7. Duplicate Leads

You have received the same lead as defined by a property address, or a specific seller, through our service in a 60 day period. We do not refund for a duplicate lead if the lead was also generated some other way outside our system. When requesting a refund, include all duplicate lead ID’s relevant to that refund request.

8. Other

If you request a refund on a lead that does not fit in any of the categories above, please provide a detailed response as to why such a refund should be considered. Keep in mind, it may not be approved as it doesn't fit the standard 7 lead refund qualifications listed above. Please provide applicable documentation, links, or other information to support your request.

If a refund is denied and you would like to appeal, please email support @ getsellers.io within 3 business days. Include the address and a brief summary of the situation.
